Funded in part by the U.S. Small Business Administration, State of Oklahoma and other public partners, with Southeastern Oklahoma State University, serving as the network’s headquarters, the Oklahoma SBDC has offices spread across the state of Oklahoma. As part of its service offering, the Oklahoma SBDC provides consulting, training and research to help aspiring and existing small business grow and succeed.

International Trade

The Wes Watkins Center for International Trade Development (CITD) is focused on strengthening Oklahoma’s economic development by providing world-class export advisory services through our Small Business Development Center-International Trade Center (SBDC-ITC). We provide trade advisory and facilitation services in a variety of capacities and work with clients who have extensive experience in exporting as well as those who have yet to develop an international marketplace. 

We customize our export advisory services because your business needs are unique. Our broad portfolio of professional services addresses a wide variety of foreign trade challenges. 

Tech Launch Center (TLC)

The Oklahoma SBDC Tech Launch Center was instituted in November of 2019 to prepare companies to compete on a new playing field. Focusing on technology oriented clients, the Tech Launch Center seeks to help businesses gain the attention of government agencies with the goal of helping those businesses secure contracts. With connections in the Department of Defense, the Tech Launch Center’s advisors walk clients through the process of SBIR/STTR and defense contracting, all while helping clients showcase their ideas and inventions to actual decision makers.
