Kay's Meat Processing
Chris Kay and the Kay family have owned Kay's Meat Processing for 3 Generations, and of course, you see the 4th generation in this photo. They are a staple in the McAlester area for meat processing. They are excited about the funds received through the Oklahoma Dept of Ag Meat Processing Grant as it will allow them to double the capacity of their facility. This project should be complete this spring. Chris Kay worked closely with BDS Henry Lehr and the Oklahoma SBDC Team in his application for the grant funds. Mr. Kay believes this support was key in his successful application.
